HOW IS MY DATA ENCRYPTED?
The data is protected in the browser with a key generated there. Whereby, this key is encrypted for anyone with access rights using their public key.
WHY ARE MULTIPLE KEYS USED IN ENCRYPTION?
On the one hand, the data is “symmetrically” encrypted as a basic protection. In order to enable sharing data between users, we use so-called “asymmetric” encryption, also known from email encryption.
HOW STRONG IS THE ENCRYPTION?
We encrypt the data symmetrically with a 256bit directly in the browser. We rely on the very secure Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) in Galois/Counter Mode (GCM). This corresponds to the recommendations of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), for example. As asymmetric encryption, a 4096-bit private key is generated in the browser for each leguli user. This key is used for encryption using the Rivest-Shamir-Adleman method (RSA). We use the Optimal Asymmetric Encryption Padding (OAEP) for optimal security. This also corresponds to the recommendations of the BSI for this procedure.
IS MY PASSWORD SECURE?
Your password is protected from attackers by a so-called zero-knowledge password-proof procedure. Unlike other providers, we do not know your password and it is never transmitted to our servers.
HOW SECURE IS THE REGISTRATION?
At leguli, we rely on secure two-factor authentication. This means that they need their password when registering and their device must be linked to the account and serves as a second proof of their identity.

IS THERE A POSSIBILITY TO TEST LEGULI?
Yes, you can have a test account for each office. https://leguli.ch/testen You get access to all features and can try everything with up to 500 MB online storage and 2 other users.
HOW MUCH DOES A LICENSE COST?
The starting price is CHF 40 per month and user license. We grant further discounts as follows:

WHAT BILLING PERIODS ARE AVAILABLE?
You can choose between monthly and annual billing. With annual billing, you get an additional discount on the monthly price of each license.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
You can pay via PayPal directly in the application during the trial period. You can use your existing account or pay by credit card. You can also pay by bank transfer, please send us an email for this support@leguli.ch .
In any case, you will receive an invoice.

MANDATE REGISTRATION WITH PREFILLED FIELDS
If you want to integrate the registration of your clients into your existing registration process and avoid your clients having to enter the data multiple times, then you can transfer the individual fields to our form via URL parameters.
Please note that with this integration, the data transferred can be viewed by leguli for a short time, since the URL parameters are passed on to our backend in unencrypted form.
An example URL looks like this (please note that the parameters URL encoded must be in order to avoid problems with umlauts or other special characters)
Supported parameters are:

- lastName
- companyName

Category: Video calls with leguli smile
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR VIDEOCALLS?
leguli smile runs completely in the browser. No installation is required. The connections are established directly between the browsers of the participants.
Approval of the camera, microphone and loudspeaker for leguli-smile is required to participate.
HOW ARE THE VIDEO AND AUDIO SIGNALS TRANSMITTED?
All video and audio signals are encrypted in the browser and then transmitted in encrypted form. This is true end-to-end encryption. Apart from the participants, nobody can see or hear the unencrypted video and audio signal.
HOW DO I GET A MEETING ROOM?
In the leguli there is a separate smile meeting room for each client.
HOW DO I GET INTO A MEETING ROOM?
- As a leguli user, select the meeting room under “smiles” and press “start smile”
- If you are not registered as a user, you will need a link to the meeting room and a PIN to join.
HOW DO I GET A LINK AND PIN FROM A MEETING ROOM?
As a leguli user, select the meeting room under “smiles” and press “Copy invitation”. You can then copy (paste) the information into an invitation, for example.
HOW MANY MEETING ROOMS AND VIDEO CALLS ARE POSSIBLE
The number of meeting rooms corresponds to the number of mandates and is not limited. leguli does not limit the number and duration of the meetings, but the number of simultaneous video calls is limited by the bandwidth of the internet connection and the associated resolution.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS?
With leguli smile, a maximum of 5 participants can take part in the video call.
