Roland Steinegger collected experience while studying Computer Science in Karlsruhe in the Company synyx GmbH and professional experience as a freelance web worker at Bolch and Steinegger GbR. He then did research on KIT among other things in a cooperation with one of the leading consulting companies for identity and access management, iC Consult GmbH , on the security of web applications. After his research work, he worked as a software architect and lead engineer at synyx GmbH .

Rainer Steinegger has been working on one of the world’s largest online video meeting platforms in several teams and functions for eight years. Among other things, he was able to gain experience over several years at the headquarters of Ctirix Online (now logmein with GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and GoToTraining) in Santa Barbara California. There he learned to appreciate agility and customer focus.
